Offering diverse programs focused on sobriety

On any given night, AAS and AAF house hundreds of alcoholics and addicts in 100% drug and alcohol-free environments. Up to half of residents also have a dual diagnosis – substance abuse along with a mental health diagnosis. AAS and AAF believe that sober living environments provide the best option for alcoholics and addicts to get and stay sober, with mutual support, structured living and social engagement serving as vital tools for healing.

Our Founder

George Folk

George Folk is the founder of Action Alliance Foundation and is well-known in the rooms of recovery throughout Orange County. George is an icon who has literally pulled people out from under bridges, behind dumpsters and off bus stops to place them into a sober living home. Although people do relapse and leave Action Alliance, George never gives up on anyone! He believes no matter how many times someone relapses, “if they are alive, they have a chance to get sober!”
